The Stadium Insiders
Frequently Asked Questions
What is The Stadium Insiders?
Simply put, The Stadium Insiders is a website designed to help sports fans maximize all of their in-stadium experiences. From sharing insider tips on how to get around major metros, showing the best places to sit, what to eat and drink, and things to check out in and around the stadium, to bringing you all the latest schedules, onsales, deals, and more, we’ve got everything you need to make the most of your trip.
Who are The Stadium Insiders?
While our core team is small, our collective experience is as expansive as it gets—thanks to our contributors. We hand-pick the most knowledgeable, passionate, and seasoned fans to provide their insight to our stadium guides. This allows us to give you the most up-to-date information straight from the denizens themselves, so you can use it to inform and enrich your travels and in-stadium experiences.
I’d love to be a contributor. Are you hiring?
It depends on the market. If we’ve already covered a stadium, the likelihood is considerably lower—but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t reach out. Given that stadiums make updates every year, if not more, we can always use a stable of knowledgeable, reliable, and dedicated contributors we can lean on when the opportunity arises.
If you’re interested, check out our Write for Us page. Just fill out the form and we’ll reach out to you if we like what you have to say and when an opportunity is available.
Where do you get your images?
The vast majority of the images on our site come from two places: contributors and our tireless leader, who has spent the last 20 years in the ticketing industry and has visited—and shot—nearly every stadium covered, if not numerous times.
To get the best and most comprehensive coverage, we routinely send local contributors into the field to capture images and video for every metro we cover, so we can provide the most accurate and realistic depiction of what the cities, stadiums, seats, and features are really like.
As you may have noticed, however, we do have some stock photography on the site, largely because it is not easy to capture aerial or city-wide shots without better tech. That said, our goal is to have as much proprietary media on our site as humanly possible, so you get a real sense of every place we cover.
You cover a lot of stadiums, hotels, etc. Are your reviews unbiased?
The Stadium Insiders is an independent media company and is not paid by teams to conduct or produce this work. We do, sometimes, accept sponsorships from various ticketing companies, hotels, restaurants, or other merchants, but only for products and services that we are independently willing to endorse. Our goal is to give you the best and most accurate information possible, so you can make informed decisions—and have the best time possible.
While some of our content is supported by advertisers, most of it isn’t. So if you enjoy our content, please click on the links in our guides to book your travel, tickets, and whatever else—those companies will pay us a small commission if you do. There’s no additional cost to you, and this allows us to continue producing high-quality content to help you enrich your travels and experiences.
I see “Coming Soon” on a few pages throughout the site. Do you know when you’ll have that content available?
We’re working tirelessly to bring as many guides, features, and other content to you as fast as humanly possible—but we refuse to sacrifice quality. It takes time to find the right contributors and collaborators to bring our vision to fruition, let alone to cover 8+ sports, 12+ leagues, and as much news and as many tools as you can shake a stick at.
So the short answer is no.
That said, our goal is to tackle a league at a time, and before one is even complete, rest assured we’re already working on the next. We’re driven by a desire to provide the best information available, and all of that is fueled by your interest, participation, and engagement. So if you like our stuff, the best way to get more of it is to visit the site, click, comment, share, and stay up to date with our newsletter.
I love your baseball guides! What will you have available next?
We’re currently working on our NFL insider guides.
I found information that I believe is inaccurate or outdated. What should I do and who should I contact?
While our goal is to provide the most accurate and up to date info as possible, it takes a lot of work to keep all of our information updated. That doesn’t mean we’re infallible. If you’ve spotted any inaccuracies or outdated information please let us know!
