After an up and down First Round, the quarterfinals promise to be much more competitive.
Orange Bowl: Oregon enters the playoff as one of the odds-on favorites. Can the Ducks finally make a run to win their first National Championship? Or will Texas Tech play spoilers?
Rose Bowl: It’s the “Grandaddy of them All” between the top-ranked Indiana Hoosiers and the perennially-winning Alabama Crimson Tide in a Big Ten-SEC clash.
Sugar Bowl: This is a rematch from earlier this season, when Georgia bested Ole Miss in Athens. Can the Bulldogs do it again, or will the Rebels get redemption on the biggest stage?
Cotton Bowl: In the first matchup between these two teams since the 2002 National Championship, in which Ohio State took down Miami in double-overtime, both teams look to build upon their iconic legacies.
