The NFL announced that Nickelback will be the headliner at the “Concert for Legends” during the league’s Hall of Fame festivities in Canton, Ohio.
The concert will take place on Sunday, August 3rd at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium, the same venue where the Hall of Fame exhibition game will take place on the previous Thursday (teams TBD), and where the enshrinement ceremony will take place on Saturday, August 2nd.
In a year where the enshrinement class lacks a high-profile quarterback, it’s possible that the event may not be as well attended as it has been in previous years. But that’s just a good opportunity to potentially get better access in terms of event tickets and access. So if you’ve got the Hall of Fame enshrinement on your calendar, you may want to check out the concert on Sunday.
