Schedule Scout: Baltimore Ravens 2025

Planning on heading to a Ravens game this season? Well, we’ve got all of the info you need to plan the best road trips possible. Whether the team is at home at M&T Stadium or on the road somewhere fun, we’ve broken down each week of the Ravens schedule to show you everything else going on around them.
Because Baltimore just has the Ravens and Orioles, we’ve added in DC events at times. So, whether it’s the Capitals, Wizards, Nats, Commanders, United, Spirit, or whoever else, it’s a 60-minute jaunt down I-95 to open up a whole additional slate of events. We’ve also included the University of Maryland (in College Park) and Navy (in Annapolis).
Week 1: September 4-8, Baltimore Ravens @ Buffalo Bills
Thursday 9/4 | Friday 9/5 | Saturday 9/6 | Sunday 9/7 | Monday 9/8 |
Syracuse Mets @ Buffalo Bisons, 1:05pm (MiLB) | Syracuse Mets @ Buffalo Bisons, 6:05pm (MiLB) | UConn @ Syracuse, 12:00pm (NCAA-F) | Syracuse Mets @ Buffalo Bisons, 12:05pm (MiLB)
Syracuse Mets @ Buffalo Bisons, 1:05pm (MiLB) | Baltimore Ravens @ Buffalo Bills 8:20pm (NFL)
St Francis (PA) @ Buffalo, 3:30pm (NCAA-F) |
*All times local to game location.
What we like
The season starts with a classic upstate New York doubleheader: Syracuse hosting UConn at the Carrier Dome (we still call it that), and then the NFL’s Sunday Night Football season kicks off in Buffalo for Bills vs. Ravens. Sure, you’ll have to stay over on Sunday night (getting out of the Bills parking lots is a NIGHTMARE), but it’s worth it for all of the pregame shenanigans at Highmark Stadium.

What we like
This is the first of four weekends this season where the Ravens and Commanders both have home games in the same weekend, and on separate days, so you could see them both. This weekend starts with the Yankees coming into town to visit the Orioles, so that’s a great way to spend a Friday and/or Saturday night. If you want to see the Commanders-Raiders game in DC, you can head down that way on Sunday, or go right back to Camden Yards for the 1:35 Orioles-Yankees game. Then, on Monday night, it’s the huge Ravens-Lions game.

What we like
It’s a weekend of great choices in the Kansas City area. On Friday night, you can check out CPKC Stadium, home of the Kansas Current (NWSL), for a match against the Washington Spirit. On Saturday, take your pick of college football games at Kansas (40 miles), Kansas State (125 miles), or Mizzou (130 miles). Or, if you’d prefer, just hang out in KC eating BBQ, and wander over to see Blink-182 at T-Mobile Center. On Sunday, it’s a 3:25 kickoff for Chiefs-Ravens, which gives you tons of time for what is largely considered to be the best tailgating in the NFL (get a rental car, grab some ribs and a cooler on the way, and you’ll be all set).

What we like
The Dolphins and Ravens draw the Thursday night slot this week, so you’ll want to fly down to South Florida early to grab that rental car and get to the stadium. After that, you’ll have the weekend to get some sun. The only other sporting event on the calendar is the Florida Panthers hosting the Dallas Stars on Saturday night at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise. TSI Tip: The arena is next door to Sawgrass Mills, the largest outlet mall in the US. You could easily spend a day there before walking across the street to see some hockey.

Calgary Flames @ Minnesota Wild, 7:00pm (NHL) |
*All times local to game location.
What we like
We’ve got two possible opportunities. First is the easy route: fly into Minneapolis on Friday and head to the T’Wolves-Jazz game at Target Center. But, for the more adventurous, you can fly into Milwaukee or even Chicago O’Hare and drive to Madison for the night. On Saturday, the Badgers host Washington, and gameday in Madison is a great time. It’s about a 4.5-hour drive to Minneapolis, so you’ll probably need the game to be an afternoon kickoff to make it viable. But on Sunday, not only can you catch the Vikings-Ravens game at noon, you can also stick around for the Minnesota Wild playing in St. Paul at 7:00.

Memphis Grizzlies @ Cleveland Cavaliers, 5:00pm (NBA) |

What we like
Here’s the easy trip: fly into Cleveland on Friday or Saturday, and hit up the Cavaliers-Grizzlies game on Saturday night. But the more exciting trip? How about heading down to Columbus for Ohio State vs. UCLA? It’s a 145-mile drive to Cleveland, so you can definitely do it, even if it’s an evening kickoff. And with the Browns-Ravens game slotted for a 4:25 kickoff, you could even stay in Columbus overnight and drive up in the morning.

Cincinnati Bengals @ Baltimore Ravens, 8:20pm (NFL) | Toronto Maple Leafs @ Washington Capitals, 5:00pm (NHL) | Virginia Tech @ Virginia, TBD (NCAA-F) | Denver Broncos @ Washington Commanders, 8:20pm (NFL) | Milwaukee Bucks @ Washington Wizards, 7:00pm (NBA) |
*All times local to game location.
What we like
It’s Thanksgiving, and the schedule gods have put two NFL games into the region this weekend. The Ravens host the Bengals on Thanksgiving night, and then the Commanders get the Sunday night slot against the Broncos. Between the two, there’s plenty else to do – the Capitals are at home on Friday night, and Virginia takes on Virginia Tech in Charlottesville on Saturday (120 miles). For those hoping to avoid the high Monday-after-Thanksgiving-airfares, you can stay over an extra night and see the Wizards host the Bucks. The world is your turkey leg!

If you plan it right, you can hit up three games in two days. On Saturday, the Wizards host the Hawks at Capital One Arena in DC. Get back to Baltimore that night (40 miles) so you’re ready in the morning for the Ravens and Steelers. Walk out of M&T Stadium after the game and drive back to DC for the Capitals vs. Blue Jackets game at 7pm. Easy? Maybe not. Worth it? Yeah … we think so!

What we like
You can just head to Cincy to catch the Bengals-Ravens game on Sunday, or you can push the envelope and start out in Columbus for Blue Jackets vs. Golden Knights at Nationwide Arena on Saturday. It’s about a two-hour drive between the two (108 miles), so you can do it.

It’s another chance where you can catch two NFL games on the same weekend – and then some. The Commanders will host the Eagles on Saturday, and if the game gets scheduled for the evening, you could catch the Capitals-Red Wings game at 12:30 first. On Sunday, it’s the Ravens vs. the Patriots at M&T Stadium at 1:00.

What we like
The Packers-Ravens game is still up in the air as far as scheduling goes. The Bulls play home games on Friday, Saturday, and Monday, while the Blackhawks host the Penguins on Sunday night. So, depending on where the Packers-Ravens game lands, you could either fly into or out of Chicago if you’d like to catch some action at the United Center.

What we like
We won’t know if the game will be on Saturday or Sunday for a while, so it’s best to hold off on making plans for this one until the schedule is set. But once it is, you can consider coming into town on New Year’s Day for the Penguins hosting the Red Wings at PPG Paints Arena.

Bottom Line
Between Baltimore and DC, there are plenty of opportunities for great road trips. We like Week 3 for going to Baltimore: it’s Orioles, Commanders in DC, and the Ravens hosting the Lions on Monday night. For road trips, we like the Week 11 chance to do Ohio State vs. UCLA and Browns vs. Ravens back to back. And don’t sleep on that NFL doubleheader in DC over Thanksgiving weekend.
